Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsiderFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By accessing InsiderFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for a general audience interested in publicly available financial information and is not directed to children.

Access to the live dashboard is currently free and provided on the condition that you follow our official X account @InsiderFlowApp. You sign in using your X (formerly Twitter) account; returning members may also sign in via an email link. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your access. We may suspend or revoke access at any time — including if you no longer follow our X account, or as described in section 11 (Termination).

3. Not Financial Advice

InsiderFlow is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment adviser. All information provided through the Service — including corporate insider trading data, U.S. Congressional and executive-branch Periodic Transaction Reports (PTRs / OGE Form 278-T), Impact Scores™, P&L calculations, summaries, dashboard content, and email communications — is strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on InsiderFlow constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You should not make any investment or financial decision based solely on information obtained from InsiderFlow without first conducting your own independent research and consulting a qualified financial professional.

4. Past Performance

Historical insider trading patterns, Impact Scores™, P&L statistics, and any examples shown through the Service do not predict or guarantee future results. Insider or politician buying and selling does not necessarily indicate the future direction of a stock price or the financial health of any company. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

5. Data Provided "As Is"

All data displayed on InsiderFlow is sourced from publicly available filings — including SEC EDGAR (Form 4, Form 144, SC 13D/G, 8-K), U.S. Congressional disclosures (House Clerk Financial Disclosures and Senate Electronic Financial Disclosures filed under the STOCK Act) and executive-branch disclosures (OGE Form 278-T Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics) — and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data. Filing data may be delayed, incomplete, misformatted, OCR-misread (in the case of scanned PTR PDFs), or otherwise erroneous. P&L figures rely on third-party historical price data and reflect the latest available close, not real-time market quotes. You are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with the original source before relying on it.

InsiderFlow expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Verify Data at the Source

All Form 4, Form 144, and other insider trading filings displayed by InsiderFlow are derived from the official SEC EDGAR database. All Congressional trade data is derived from the official U.S. House Clerk and Senate Electronic Financial Disclosure portals, and all executive-branch trade data from the U.S. Office of Government Ethics. Always verify any filing data independently at sec.gov or the respective Congressional or executive-branch source before making any decisions. InsiderFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, or any government agency.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the InsiderFlow name, logo, Impact Score™ methodology, dashboard and email content, and website design, is owned by InsiderFlow and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

SEC EDGAR filing data is in the public domain; however, our presentation, scoring, summarisation, and analysis of that data is proprietary and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data or content provided by InsiderFlow without prior written consent. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InsiderFlow, its operators, affiliates, contributors, and data providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses or investment losses of any kind
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete data
  • Losses arising from any trading or investment decision made using our Service
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in SEC filing data as displayed

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if InsiderFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InsiderFlow, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms or conduct that we believe to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will continue to apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InsiderFlow regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
