Manage the emails you receive from InsiderFlow.
Product updates
Every product-update email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our list instantly — no account or login required. These emails also carry a standard List-Unsubscribe header, so your mail client's built-in "Unsubscribe" button works too.
Prefer to be removed manually? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll take you off the list within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Sign-in links are not marketing
The one-time sign-in links we email are transactional — they are sent only when you ask to sign in, for account security, and therefore have no unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing through them.
This does not affect your dashboard access
Unsubscribing only stops product-update emails. Your access to the live dashboard depends on following @InsiderFlowApp on X, not on your email subscription, so you can opt out of emails and keep using the dashboard.
Deleting your data
